予約方法
連絡方法:
以下の方法でサービスを予約できます：

  • ウェブサイト

相談について:
必要な情報: 生年月日、時間（正確な場合）、BaZiチャートの準備のための場所。

 

サービス料金と準備時間:
費用: 具体的なサービス要件に基づいて透明な価格設定が行われます。
報告書の準備: 通常は現在の予約状況に応じて1〜5営業日です。

サービス規約および予約ポリシー:
支払い情報:

前払い要件: 予約を確定するために全額の前払いが必要です。
支払い完了: スケジュールされたサービスの少なくとも36時間前に支払いを完了させてください。

 

支払い方法:

  • Payme

  • FPS

  • 銀行振込

​

キャンセル、再スケジューリング、および返金ポリシー:
キャンセル:

  • 全額払い戻し: スケジュールされた時間の少なくとも48時間前にキャンセルが発生した場合に利用可能です。

  • キャンセル料: スケジュールされた時間の48時間以内にキャンセルが発生した場合は、HKD 200が発生します。

  • 再スケジューリング: 事前通知が必要: スケジュールされた時間の少なくとも24時間前。

  • 短期通知の再スケジューリング: ミーティング時間の24時間以内に、空きがある場合のみ可能。

  • 払い戻し処理: 払い戻しは元の支払い方法を通じて7営業日以内に処理されます。

 

追加料金およびポリシー:
遅刻: 相談は元のスケジュール通りに終了するよう短縮されます。
追加時間: 延長されたミーティングには、5分間隔でHK$XXXの追加料金がかかります。


機密保持と免責事項:
プライバシーへの取り組み: 相談中に共有された情報は機密のままです。選択されたサービスパッケージに基づいて、機密保持のレベルとプライバシー対策が異なる場合があります。


変更および更新:
規約の変更: 当社はいつでも規約を変更する権利を留保します。更新は公開された直後に有効となり、ウェブサイトに掲載されます。
クライアントは定期的に規約を確認し、変更について情報を得ることが奨励されます。
